XSW-640: High resolution uncooled SWIR infrared module
Ready-to-integrate SWIR infrared module consuming ultra-low power.
The XSW-640 camera module is based on an uncooled InGaAs array (640 x 512 pixel) with 20 µm pixel pitch for the detection of short wave infrared radiation between 0.9 and 1.7 µm with a wide dynamic range. It measures only 45 x 45 x 20 mm³. Resolution of the analog/digital converter is 14 bit.

Xenics' XSW-640 camera module is an extremely compact and versatile core for easy and swift integration in your SWIR imaging configuration. The XSW-640 camera module detects short wave infrared radiation beween 0.9 and 1.7 µm with a wide dynamic range. Typical OEM applications include infrared imaging for man-portable and unmanned (airborne and land-based) vehicle payloads, spectroscopy, process control, automated production inspection, machine vision, biometrics and more. |
