Xlin InGaAs detector range
Xlin infrared camera detector description
sInfraRed offers a wide variety of linear detector arrays for linescan imaging and for spectroscopy applications. The linear sensor is a hybrid assembly of an array of InGaAs photodiodes connected to a charge amplifying multiplexer. The device is equipped with a novel third generation multiplexer that reduces further dark current of the device. The sensor comes in hermetically sealed packages with anti-reflection coated windows.
