Pictures were taken in Leuven, Belgium, on a cloudy summer night at 11:30pm (no moon). SWIR imaging is used for detection and especially identification purposes. In addition, InGaAs cameras are ideally suited to detect IR laser markers at 1064 nm and 1550 nm, and even 850 nm (VISNIR version).
